Eden Atenas Bed & Breakfast - Atenas, Province de Alajuela

The grounds of Eden Atenas is gorgeous. When you enter through the gate it's like you are entering a whole different world. You would never know that you are just 2.5km from Atenas town center.

Eden Atenas offer many different rooming options. We stayed in the apartment which was a studio type apartment but it conveniently had a second bedroom just up a couple stairs. The layout was great and had a huge covered patio overlooking the grounds and the valley below. There were also hummingbirds, toucans, chachalaca, lizards and mangos, mangos, mangos...

We can't speak to the other options for rooming since we didn't go inside any of the other rooms.  Because it's a B&B they offer a breakfast at an extra charge. Our apartment had a full kitchen so we decided not to pay extra for the breakfast. We would see other guest enjoying the meal though. The host/cook would set up tables with white tablecloths on the porch of house. This area overlooked the entire back of the property and the valley between the mountain ridges. It looked very inviting and always smelled wonderful.

Reservations were extremely easy. This was done by contacting Eden Atenas B&B through email. PayPal was an option to pay for the reservation, which made it very convenient. It really couldn't get any easier.

Since our stay was at the beginning of rainy season they had availability. If you plan on visiting during high season I would recommend booking early. I could see them filling up quick.
